I made an appointment today but due to heavy rain I was late.There is 3 BAs NO customer.The BA went to check the booking book.I told her the reason of late is heavy rain.She said they provide service at appointment time ONLY.Then,I asked her politely is it possible to give me sample without doing the consultation?She said NO!!!
I really don't understand how difficult it is to her to give me such a little sample.She can give me 1ml or even less but at least something to try how good is ther products.Can she think of the potential customer come all the way walk into their counter to give them opportunity to sell their products and let people know how good they are???!!!Does she think of they provide such a bad / low service level to us and who will buy their
products???!!!
